Wow, what awesome people! Jane and Dorel you have helped me in so many ways, in weight loss, losing cms, and losing body fat but also in giving me confidence and making me enjoy getting up in the mornings. Each bootcamp varies from cardio, boxing, circuits and weight training, i love them all! Jane and Dorel’s facility is awesome, brilliant equipment, awesome setting and surroundings, great attitude and i even get to have a great shower at the end of my workout 🙂 What more could you want?!!
I have been going to Peak Fitness Bootcamps for 10 weeks now. Best decision I ever made. I still had a lot of pregnancy weight that I could not get rid of, had a bit of postnatal depression and had lost a lot of confidence in myself with how I was looking and feeling. Now I have got that confidence back, have loads of energy and do not feel depressed at all. My body fat has come down and I am finally out of my maternity clothes after nearly a year! I see the changes in my body and I am feeling great. Dorel makes you work hard in the sessions so you can achieve the results you want and every day is a different workout. Jane is great to talk to about nutritional advice and will get you on the right track with your diet. The best part is you don’t have to get a babysitter as Jane will look after your children while you exercise. Both Dorel and Jane are both very motivating and will help you to achieve those goals you have set yourself.
I started at Peak Fitness when my daughter was around 8 weeks old. It was a great for me to get out of the house and back in shape after having a baby. It didn’t take long to drop the baby weight and it was a great way to connect with other Mum’s, have a lot of fun and get fit in the process. The free child care made it so easy and my daughter loved spending time with all the other babies and children. It set her up well to go to daycare at one year old. Now I have been back at work for 2 ½ years I still go to boot camp as much as I can. The different session times make it easy to work in with a busy schedule and working full time. The boot camps can be held indoors on site when it is wet as well. I would highly recommend Peak Fitness boot camps to anyone. It is such a supportive, social and fun environment. I love it!
I have been a Peak Fitness member for 4 years now. I find Dorel’s sports knowledge and enthusiasm makes working out productive and fun. I have become much fitter and have made some great friends which makes exercising something I look forward to doing. The fact that they offer childcare means I can bring my daughter along in school holidays and continue with my fitness regime. There really is no reason not to come. Its motivating, in a great environment and it works.
